Murdock Endurance Bike Fit Terms and Conditions

Murdock Endurance LLC cannot be held responsible for any loss, costs, injury or death as a result of any alterations, adjustments, repairs or servicing agreed to by the customer and carried out during the course of the bike fitting appointment. 

Additional parts required to achieve the desired bike fit (i.e. cleat wedges/shims, insoles, saddles, stems, seatposts, handlebars) are not included in the bike fit appointment cost. 

Appointment cancellation is not allowed within 48 hrs of the scheduled appointment time, and will be charged a fee equal to the full price of the appointment. Missed appointments will also be charged a fee equal to the full price of the appointment.

Payment in full is required at the time of service, and all sales are final.
