Expert Bike Fitting, Orthopedic & Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy

Passion Meets Education & Experience

I grew up an avid runner, with a single-minded focus on training and racing. I rode that focus through college, competing at the D-I level on the Penn State University Track & Field and Cross Country teams. But before all the interval workouts, long runs, and weightroom sessions, I was a kid on a mountain bike just trying to keep up with my Dad. He was an avid cyclist with years of experience in the cycling industry, and I definitely inherited his passion for everything bike-related.

Entering graduate school and my early professional life I found myself burned out from years of regimented training and weekly competitions. It was then that I rediscovered my love for the bike, and I haven’t looked back since. Now you’ll find me riding my way through Switzerland as I explore my new European home.

How I’ve Helped People

“As a triathlete and cyclist I dealt with chronic hip and leg pain on and off for years prior to working with Chloe. I was forced to abandon the Haute Route Pyrenees race because of this injury despite putting in quality training up to the event. I always believed that my bike position was the origin of my chronic problem, even though I had had many professional bike fits in the past. Chloe changed my position on the bike slightly which decreased some of my pain, but identified that my strength and mobility imbalances were the root cause of my injury. After treating these, I was able to race the Haute Route 3 day route in Asheville injury free.”

“Before seeing Chloe, I was experiencing quite a bit of discomfort on my bike in addition to nursing a cycling-related overuse injury. After being properly fit, I was able to heal quickly and ride much more comfortably. After a very short adaptation period, I could tell that my power and stamina increased as well! I really believe that getting a proper fit was one of the best things I did for myself on the bike.”

“When I started working with Chloe I had debilitating IT band syndrome and couldn’t run for more than 50 meters. After weeks of PT with Chloe not only did my IT band pain cease but she helped me strengthen my weaker muscles to prevent further injury as well as return stronger. With her help, I achieved two qualifying spots for the World Championships, ITU standard distance, and Half Ironman.
